Looking for guidance on selling NFTs on eBay - Moderator please read

I am looking for guidance from an eBay representative on selling NFTs on eBay. I have had several listings removed and account restricted due to what was termed "Counterfeit item policy violations".         

The NFTs that drew the violations were purchased on the Atomichub NFT buy/sell site and were whitelisted collections.  For a collection to be whitelisted by Atomichub it must be, among other requirements, "original artwork,  the NFT clearly needs to be a unique piece of art." If an eBay seller is following the Atomichub whitelisting requirements, purchasing an NFT on the most widely respected NFT commerce site to then resell on eBay,  how is a seller to know if a vetted, whitelisted collection NFT falls outside of eBay policy?  And, if it does not fall within or being a "grey area" of eBay guidelines, wouldn't a simple cancellation of the listing be more equitable than a restriction of an account?

My intentions are to participate on the eBay platform fully following eBay guidelines, as I have done for nearly 20 years. I would just appreciate clear guidance with NFTs on how to keep my eBay account within compliance requirements, so that my account is in lock step with eBay policies.

Are you approved to sell digital items and do you own the rights to sell them?

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I am approved to sell NFTs. Unless I am mistaken, once I have purchased them from an exchange such as Atomichub, where they are listed for sale, again I am speaking to whitelisted collections only, it seems logical that I could re-sell them.

Which one is it?  You are approved or it seems logical?

This is a forum of sellers and buyers, not eBay employees that could give you any definitive guidance.  Have you checked this policy page, and applied to be an "approved" seller?   There are some general guidelines concerning NFTs.

EBay is limiting sales to sellers that they have approved and I don't believe that they are accepting applications at this time. I suspect that once it gets off the ground they will expand the numbers of sellers approved to sell them.

First question yes I have been specifically, by eBay, approved to sell NFT products. Second question, I am speaking directly to whitelisted collections sold on atomichub, if a collection has been vetted and white listed by atomichub, it would seem logical that that NFT could be re-sold on eBay

I am an EBAY approved NFT SELLER. Yes, before listing NFTs I had reviewed the policy. My specific concern is regarding projects that have been vetted and white listed by atomichub for some reason not meeting eBay standards. The advice or guidance I am looking for is in regards to white listed projects only.

Just an idea. until you can get the specific information you need, but a lot of these "takedowns" are 'bot' driven. So a the sense, it could be some key words related to the subject matter you are using, as opposed to the item being an NFT that sets off the bots.   eBay AI is often not that 'intelligent'.  This would be especially true if one genre is seemingly being targeted, while others are left undisturbed.
