Looking For Some Assistance

i posted this question, albeit on a different message board (ask a mentor) a couple of times yesterday, but have not received a definitive answer yet.  i am hoping to receive one here.

a few days ago, i all of a sudden stopped receiving email notifications for transactions and other things.  my email has not changed and i di not change my notification settings.  i went in yesterday morning, cleared my communication preferences, and reset them to my original.  nothing changed.  i went in last night, again completely cleared and then chose all of the settings, hoping to at least get something.  nothing changed.

i have received only one email from ebay, a reply to my initial request yesterday morning, in the last 3-4 days.

has this occurred to anyone else, and if so, what  was your fix?

On my Ipad when I've stop getting notifications it is sometimes because I haven't updated to the newest version.  On my computer I sometimes stop getting emails, but it is my email server.

I would clear my cache first.  If that does not help can you delete the App on the phone and reinstall.  When was the last time you updated the phone/computer?  The Bio's of your computer?
