Imagine how excited I was! (I knew the guy was a scammer when he opened the return case and threatened me with bad feedback)

I believe in karma.

I got a return which was a dark plastic bag with something gooey in it which I refused at the post office ...for the mailman refused to put it in my mailbox...and know not what it was to this day.
I sell stamps...not something gooey.
It happens...just a part of selling...

Make a FBI IC3 report. Maybe someone else has reported them for similar activities.

You can and should report that buyer to eBay. If they get enough complaints they will remove them from the buyer protection plan.

Already did but he had already been removed from eBay. Just another sellers day on eBay. I just though it was funny that I sent him a PSP game, which is less than 7" x 4" and he sent back a box 16" x 12" x 4" with a bunch of bubble wrap (which I will reuse)

At least you can do the 50% refund since it appears you accept returns and are TRS.

In addition to the other suggestions I saw, report this buyer to the US Postmaster for using the US Mail to perpetrate a fraud.

You have the scammers address how far away are they?
11-09-2024 04:25 PM
They are in LA and I'm in St. Louis
11-09-2024 04:26 PM
They will get NOTHING!!
11-09-2024 04:54 PM
The buyer will get their full refund one way or the other. Are you planning on a courtesy refund for yourself?
11-09-2024 05:02 PM
No I got the bad feedback removed from them and I WILL keep my money, this moron will not win.
11-11-2024 11:16 AM
How will that be accomplished for you?
It seems like so many sellers have just had to suck it up when that happens.

I found out this guy was kicked off eBay and I will keep my money
