Hoping someone can provide guidance. I listed concert tickets for sale and selected local pick up, realizing now that was my error. They were e-tickets so I forwarded the email to the buyer once payment was received. Now in order to move forward with getting my funds, I need the buyer to provide me with a six digit code that they should have received in their purchase confirmation. I've reached out twice and no reply yet. Is there a way around this? Thank you for your help!

You screwed up. You need proof of purchase that eBay accepts. That would be tracking, or the QR code eBay gives them when they pay through the eBay app. They give you that code when they pick up the tickets. No code, no tickets. If they don't have the code then eBay wants you to have them sign a copy of the transaction details.
As it is your payment won't be released for 21 days provided they don't file a not received claim. They would win that because you have no proof they received the tickets. A copy of the email isn't proof.

It's called local pickup for a reason, not email pickup.
For future reference, local pickup means exactly that and cash is the preferred method of payment. You can specify cash in your listing as long as you accept another e-payment, but CASH is the way to go for local pickup.
