Short answer... you can't. You could reach live C/S, but they can't offer real help. Try to reach out on facebook. It's not live... it's emails, but it is two-way communication with Reps that actually have the ability and resources to offer service. Good luck.

There is a 'Help' button on the right side of the overview page. Click 'seller help' this will take you to the FAQ page. Scroll to 'need more help' at the bottom of the page and click. Scroll to the bottom where you should see the 'call us' option.
This is info is taken from the website, not the app.

Your best route to take is contacting Ebay thru FB via social media:

These are US CS agents who work for Ebay and can better advise you with your situation at hand. Many positive posts here on this forum with their ability to be helpful.

The Facebook Chats are live.
Because you can start by writing out your problem, proofreading it, and confirming that it is complete and clear, the employee at the other end has a running start.
The phone reps do not work for eBay so don't bother with them. They work for a subcontractor out of Utah.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.
