Live chat option not available

Trying to chat with eBay re: scammer emailing me. There was a page with Live Chat option; I reached an agent who said they were having "technical issues," and to try again. Now, I can not get back to the "Chat with Us" option, even following the exact navigation instructions I've been given -- Customer Service>Contact Us>Choose a Subject>Selling>Choose Topic, etc. There is then NO "Need More Help?" option. 

Not sure how I was able to get to a page with Live Chat option once, now it is nowhere. Please help!

Scammer emailing you:

ignore and put them on your blocked bidders list.

Ebay is a self serve site, learn to use the options here to protect yourself. Calling Ebay about a scammer contacting you is a waste of their time and yours. As a newbie seller listing two pricey items you are a scam magnet.

Well, the good news is they're going to send you a copy of your chat transcript so you can relive all the highlights of the chat you had.

I CANNOT UNDERSTAND THIS AT ALL.  I am new to Ebat and chatted with an agent only today Jan. 21 2003  Now I can't find out how to get him back.  It keeps saying Complete your listing but I can't see what I have missed.

You're going to have better luck creating a new post rather than resurrecting someone elses similar post.

We were all new once. Post a new message about your troubles. Try to include a screenshot or accurately describe your issue in text and you'll have better luck.
