I am a little confused and can't seem to find the definitive answer. I know that I can list 250 items per month with insertion fee. But how many items can I have in store at a time without fees until sold?
In other words, I can add 250 items per month making my shop have 250, 500, 750 items and so on to unlimited number actually in shop without listing fees?

You get 250 per month, if an item doesn't sell that month, it gets counted in the next month's 250. You only get 250 per month free, whether its a new listing or listed the prior month.

No, that's not how it works. Your fixed price listings roll over each month on the same date that they started and each time they roll over they will use up one of your free insertions for that month.
If you want to avoid paying insertion fees and if you have no Store subscription which gets you extra free insertions, then you have to stick with having a total of 250 insertions per month, which would include new listings, relists and fixed price listings that roll over.

@tdmktreasures In addition to what others have replied, sold items also count towards your total monthly listings limit. It's 250 total listings per month, not an additional 250 every month of the year. You can choose from several different levels of store subscriptions, and choose the number of free listings that will suit your needs.
When I first started selling, the owner of our company kept arguing with me because she was seeing insertion fees in addition to our store fees. I came here for help and they explained about the Sold listings counting towards our totals in addition to the relisted, new, and rollovers. Good Luck!

You can easily track your available freebies per month by looking under "promotional offers" on your seller hub. A running tally is there.

Have you got a licensee to use those trademarked brands and images?
That'll get ya in trouble quick.

So do I get the three tumblers shown in your pictures? Or just one as the title says? And then do I get three more free? Or are there 12 more included?
You need to use different pictures.
If there is only one tumbler being offered, picture only one tumbler.
You have 12 free pictures available to show all sides.
And the watermarked words on the pictures are probably not allowed either.
These are the sort of thing that made eBay decide to restrict the number or value of listings by new sellers.
All sorts of mistakes.
We won't even go into why dropshipping is a mistake, but if those tumblers are made in the USA it would be worthwhile to add the brand name and maybe the name of the town they are made in.
You can make a "wall'o'text" more readable by hitting Return at the end of every sentence.
Since you are a new seller, do you have a Managed Payments account set up so that you can get paid.
EBay needs your SSN and checking account information to transfer money to your bank after the 30 day Hold on newbie payments expires.

Thanks for all the information.

I could be wrong...........but if you are making these/designing them/having them made........ REALLY dangerous as you are messing with brand names (and I presume) their pictures......Barbie, Starbucks,.....whew......wouldn't want to mess them them. I see alot up using same images so perhaps they are being sold somewhere and are licensed by the companies....
Apologies, if I'm incorrect.........

it almost looks like the O.P. is selling new 'blank' stock tumblers and with a sleeve cover.??
per O.P.'s listing description: The splash proof sliding cover is straw friendly.
O.P. is a new seller and needs to review and probably correct their listings before the scammers find out.
