Listings not showing up in store or search results

I encountered an interesting problem. I have over 6000 active listings but none are showing up on my eBay store (I have an active Premium store subscription) or on search results...unless I change the "ship to" country on the top of the eBay page. I noticed the number of visible active listings has decreased since the start of February. Newly listed listings also don't show up.

Checking each country, I found out that buyers from most of Europe can't see my listings, apart from the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Belgium. The listings are also visible to buyers from the rest of the world.

Does anyone else have the same thing going for them? Can this be resolved?

When I click on "View seller's store" I see 6196 items.

What country are you located in? It seems to be geo-based.

     You didn't specify a specific country that is not working but when I changed over to look like a buyer from the Netherlands I see 6,187 items in your store. 

     There was another seller that reported a similar problem a few weeks ago but I cannot seem to find that posting.

I'm based in Lithuania. Listings are not visible to the Baltic countries, most of Scandinavia, and Central Europe (Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia etc.). My policies are set up properly and I ship worldwide. That's what I see when Lithuania is chosen:

Do not know if it's helpful. But I had issues where I needed to change my shipping policies for each listing to cover carriers, services & ship to locations for each listing to have them appear. That could be in play for you as well.

This was under my account seller settings, shipping policies & not the local listing settings. You would need to go into each listing & reset the shipping to using a policy afterwards.

     Interesting. This sounds similar to the issue another international seller was having. When I view your store I see all 6K+ items. If I change the shipping address on the following item I am able to get shipping to Latvia and if I click on "sellers other items" I still see the 6K+ listings. If  I am setup as a Latvian buyer when I go into your listings from the still says you have 6K+ items but there is only one result. This sounds like a technical issue you need to contact eBay about.
