So I noticed several listings I made around 12/10 were getting very little action. Then I figured out the listings were not searchable. Moreover, my store summary reflects 148 listings, but if you click in my name to view 'other items for sale' you will see only 136 - a difference of 12 which is the number of unseachable listings. Any advice appreciated.

Tried that.... Here is the other confusing part..... When I click on my store summary, it shows 148 active. But when I select my username and view all other listings it shows 136...... See the following pics:

@auction_prophets wrote:Interesting. So all the unseachable cards are the "2017 panini white sparkle". I just searched the White Sparkle Drew Brees and the Ameer Abdullah and no listings are found. I have also tried relisting them on the site instead of the app. Just find it odd that none of my 2017 white sparkle listings are searchable.
Where you searching using the word panini? I do see your prizm white sparkle cards but none of them have panini in the title.
You may have added items but I see 151 items in your store and when I click on view listings.

having the same problem. my eBay item number: 173152646650 is not searchable
tried to relist it several times, not helping. called eBay, the girl couldn't help. Told here to investigate and write me back, never happend.
does it have to do with some corruption inside ebay, where they exclude competitors for some sellers?

You are in Alaska.
There is a growing problem with zipcodes not in the lower 48 states (and Hawaii seems to be ok now for some reason)
Change your zipcode when searching for you items to 95825 (a California, non-Alaskan zipcode) and they will magically appear.
It's almost certain that it's only you and others in Alaska, US Territories, and APO/FPO that can't see your listings in search (so that isn't the reason for your sales slump (unless a large proportion of your sales are normally to buyers in Alaska)
Suspect there is something different about your shipping options on the ones that don't appear when you search using your Anchorage zipcode. No international on those, or they have shipping location exclusions (I haven't sussed out the pattern or specifics yet)
