Anyone else having a problem listing? Every time I hit the blue “List It” I get the message,  “We’ve encountered a problem on our end. Thanks for your patience.”  It’s been over a week now.

This does not exclude your device from being the cause and it likely is.

Sorry for your situation.  Have you signed on for managed payments yet? I don't see any previous sales or items listed on this site.  You may want to also check your messages to see if there are some issues on your end.

I have been listing just about every day for the past month...no issues. 
Have you considered it's your device, internet connection and not eBay?

Yes, I've personally listed 45 items today, never seen that screen.

 

Are you using a VPN?

 

Have you cleared cache and cookies?

 

Have you tried another browser or device?
