My store inventory is not appearing to buyers and my store is blocked by eBay. My store inventory is not appearing in my store or on searches as it is it blocked by the message that says "This store has no inventory available in your location"

eBay app has changed the feedback which appear in all my listings.

Instead of the 3 most recent feedback it now shows what it considers the 3 most relevant feedbacks. I am a top seller, have over 4000 feedbacks, 3 of those are negative reviews. They consider one of my relevant feedback to be a negative feedback left...
