Listing violation

I have an item posted for sale that has a URL to another website to provide more details to the buyer, but as a result my listing has been restricted. 

it will not allow me to update the item description to remove the URL. I had sent recent offers to interested buyers, which may be the issue. 

any help would be appreciated!

Yep, you can't make updates until the offers have timed out.

You can end it and "sell similar" with the corrections.  Interested buyers will find it the same way they did the first time.

I attempted to end listing and received the message ‘listing has been removed or this item is not available’. 

The offers sent are useless until it’s updated or re-listed, but I may have to wait for them to expire.

ah yeah, because of the violation...

If you can pull up the original listing, you can copy the info into a new one and start fresh.  I had a similar thing happen with a "Tiffany" blue figure.  The violation made it impossible to sell similar but I was able to just copy the original info and paste it into a new listing.

Sounds like they removed the listing and you'll have to start all over with a new listing.

I was able to end listing within the resolution hub. Thank you all for your input

Hello again,

I was able to re-list the item by starting all over and quickly got another 100+ views and 5 watchers, however it has not given me the option to send offers. 

Does eBay restrict sales and offers until the violation is resolved? I have messaged the buyer multiple times and they have not responded. The item seems to be lost in shipping but USPS would not allow me to open a service request.
