Listing various quantities

I want to offer the SAME product in very different quantities, from 2 to 100. 

The usual ''quantity" discount only covers "1" to "4+".

Using 'variations' says cannot use quantity as a variations. 

How can I sell in quantity of

There are a few ways you can go about this. Two examples:

• Set up a different listing for each lot - 5, 10, 50, etc.
• Set up a listing for a single item with multiple quantities available, then use Order Discounts. You have a store which means you have access to promotions. On the top right of this page, click Create a Promotion, then Order Discount. You can create multiple Order Discounts for the same item.

I figured out how to create variations for quantities. 

Now just have to figure out how SHIPPING cost is brought in line with the variations in the quantity. 

Obviously, varation for quantity 1 requirs different shipping cost than quantity 100.

Build the cost of shipping into the item price and offer 'free' shipping. Variations don't allow you to charge different shipping amounts for different variations. Listing a quantity of 1 and a quantity of 100 as different variations in the same listing isn't always a good plan.
