I am selling generic tobacco herb grinders and had the listing active for almost a year with about 300 orders fullfilled and ebay removed it because they say it is a drug paraphernalia product. There are literally thousands of similar listing of this product. To be clear, the product title, pictures, and description makes no mention of marijuana use for this herb grinder or anything like that. It is marketed as a tobacco herb grinder just like the many other ebay listings I see.
This is my first time dealing with something like this. Is there an appeal process I can initiate? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Never knew so many people grind their own tobacco these days.
I learn something new here everyday.

Don't relist it until you get an ok from eBay in writing. You will be banned from selling for life if they keep removing it. You might be best to find another venue to market it in. Often eBay just triggers off key words and there is no way to explain it as the person your speaking with knows nothing of the item. Only the flagged "offending " words.

Any advice on how to appeal this? There doesnt seem to be a formal appeal process that I know of. Thank you for your help.

There is no appealing. The bots were retrained to 'see through' the reality of what things are REALLY for. It's like wack-a-mole; but they will get to the others eventually.

The ones that grind their own cigarette tobacco don't use those little grinders.

I've bought grinders on eBay, they were always advertised as "herb grinder", I don't think I've ever seen them described as "tobacco" grinders.
I've also bought hemostats/forceps, they are not described as "roach clips".......it's probably all about the words used.

You can't understand why a tobacco herb grinder would be thought of as drug paraphernalia?
Any chance your buyers MIGHT use it for marijuana?

Very good point you make but upon reviewing this policy it does make this statement:
"Tobacco pipes, and other smoking accessories not intended for drug use, are allowed"
So anything tobacco related is acceptable I would think.

Another seller cried about it. Probably competition.
