Listing issue when changing the item condition to "New"

Hello.
I try to create a listing in Ebay. I choose first a similar product on Ebay. My policies are similar to the chosen product. This product has shipping, delivery, returns, and payment information. The payment information is that picture from various payment methods like Paypal, visa, Mastercard, etc. Then i hit on "Have one to sell. Sell now". I complete my product. Everything is fine, and the preview shows the same information (shipping, delivery, returns, payment picture). But when i choose the Item condition "New", things goes bad and the only information remaining is return in my preview. Shipping, delivery and Payment disappear. How can i fix that. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Yes. Each time a change is made (used to new / vintage jewelry to fashion jewelry for example) it will wipe out a lot of the previous information because the change you made made to the listing creates different item than the one that you copied to list - used to new. Used is not new thus some of the information gets deleted as it was not applicable to the new as far as ebay is concerned.

It is a really good idea to learn how to enter an item from scratch because many times other sellers make mistakes and you may end up copying their mistakes. For example, the other seller may have different business policies, shipping methods etc....than you wish to have.

PS - the payment information is usually defaulted anyway from ebay, not from a copied listing.

You are a business seller in France..........probably best to ask on an EU board as there may be nuances that we, primarily US sellers, are not familiar with........
