Listing from Printful

Can anyone tell me why I’m getting this message about variants((see below).  Getting this message when trying to list from Printful.

New sellers have limits.  You've not had a sale yet.   Lessen the quanity of some of your other multi quanity listings and it might let you list more, might not too, might be waiting for proof you can complete a few sales.
