Listing and relisting issues.

Yesterday I started to do a bulk relisting. The relisting editor incorrectly charged fees. I did not submit the bulk listings and listed each one individually and was not charged.

Today I was unable to complete a new listing. I kept getting the promo in red- " Pay no insertion fees on 250 fixed price listings, including Good ‘Til Cancelled"  and the listing would not complete. I tried saving it for later and going back and it still would not complete. 

I understand that both of these issues have been occuring lately. Hopefully this will get resolved quickly.

Also having issues with unsold bulk relist charging!

This happened to me last night. I was able to list individually.

Now realizing that about HALF of my listings are not showing up in search AT ALL, and several are affected by the international shipping glitch. (showing up as international but NOT international)

HEY EBAY. Your sellers might not have to work so hard to get sales IF YOUR SITE WASN'T ONE BIG FAT GLITCH.

A number of threads have been started regarding this problem.  It has happened to me, too.  Apparently we won't be charged if we have free listings available at the time we tried to re-list.

Just tried to bulk relist as well and they are showing fees for most (not all though) of the listings....I just canceled before submitting and will wait until the issue is fixed.

Try selecting 3 items.  Hit relist, hit Submit All (it will show .30 in fees), hit "Confirm and Submit" and you will see a message that you were charged $0.00 for the listings.  

It's definately a bug, another instance of their lack of code review, unit testing and UAT processes. 

However, at the end it shows NO CHARGE!.  So relist with confidence!!  Right?  Well not really, umm Trust but Verify!  or not... but you can bulk relist, just make sure the final confirmation shows $0.
