increase of canceled sales by new members

Over the past 3 months I have noticed a major increase of canceled sales,and questions after the fact from buyers with a rating of less than 10.  Also I do not receive a reason for the cancel. In ther last case today 8/22/2017 I did not receive a reason but i guess they didn't calculate the shipping amount. In another case after they paid they asked how big the items were which were stated in the listing.  I hate to do this but I am changing my specs not tyo sell to anyone without 25 positive feedbacks. I firmly believe that E-bay is not educating new members and they should stat doing so . Like checking shipping costs   ,also read the description and  shipping method Please let me know if its only me or if other members have noticed this  Dave

That is not enforceable.

If a personwith under 25 feedbacks purchases it and you cancel, you will get a defect.

I have noticed lot of members not paying best offer prices or auctions but when fixed price no problems at all. As for the cancelations high shipping cost may be the issue since lot of new ebay members do not read this but instead rush to buy low price items.

Try to use reasonable shipping costs and recheck your descriptions.

I have been on this ebay name for over13 years and I never had this problem untill the past 6 months

we give accurate weights, size and options but E-bay does not explain this to new members

Unfortunately this is what buyers have gotten used to at other B&M sites and venues.

In order to be competitive stores and online sellers give them vast latitude to cancel or return.

THAT IS NOT CORRECT

Under your site preference under buyer requirements there is an opt to block buyers wh: you can pick various combinations  check it out

You can block international buyers

You can block buyers with 2 or more unapid strikes

You can even put specific buyers on your blocked list

You cannot block buyers with less then 25 feedback.
