Listing Page Upgrades has google chrome error blue circle with 'I' in center??

Hi!  I can not find an answer so I thought I would ask here.  Today when listing an item when I get to the "upgrade" part of the listing I have this large blue circle with an "i" in the center.  There are 2 of these, one after each question and the 3 question about upgrading has a large down pointing chevron.  Anyone know what this is?  It was ok earlier today but now these show up. How do I get rid of them and what are they?  Thanks!

The circled "I"s are Info message popups. Click on any of them and a small popup Help message should appear. The downward chevron, if you click on it, will open up either a pulldown menu or an additional section of Help text, depending on the context.

If that's not what you're seeing, post a screenshot, please.

Thank you! But how do I get rid of them?  I click on them and nothing happens and they just showed up a few days ago.
