Bad enough Ebay took away our fun and interesting listings of the past, with colored text choices and fun GIFs. It made people click and STAY for sure! I stopped doing Ebay for 3 years, after they took our cool listings away for black and white boredom.
With limited creative choices, it's hard to attract Buyers like before. I still make an effort to improve the listings, at least to be readable. The default text is 10 point, which can barely be seen on all devices. At least I could increase the font sizes, so Buyers could read it.
Tonight I spent a few hours taking pictures and prepping them, then began listing..and can't do anything on the page! It won't accept text sizes, underline, or bolding! I typed a listing, scrolled up and it VANISHED! I had to retype it all over again, and it jumped off the screen when I was halfway done! I'm too mad and tired to bother anymore.
A clerk at the cellphone shop said his Grandmother sells on Etsy now, and does very well. I'm sick of this Ebay debacle, paying too much, and making no money...I've been here since 2005, but it's gotten so bad, I'm jumping ship. Tonight's hassle with listing was the last straw.
