Thanks for your response to my question on the community chat today. As you requested, I'm including a link to one of my listings. If you scroll down, you can see that the listing frame includes my store information, a message I created for buyers, and the categories I wanted to feature when I was last able to do an update. At minimum, I need to edit those categories. Even better, I'd love it if the listing frame could include my store billboard. Thanks for taking a look at this.

I chose

Welcome <buyer's name>! See some of the new arrivals in my store.

It does put that message on the listing page.........but the link just takes you to the first page in the store.......not to new arrivals.........

Hi @dhbookds - I haven't heard back on those but I'll ask again. I'm heading out for the day in the next hour (yay for helping family move!) so I won't realistically have an update until tomorrow for you but will keep you posted!

My listing frame is gone entirely and I can not access it. My listings have no logo, no search items box etc. etc. MY sales have gone down because of this. The link above does not work. Can you provide a working link where the changes will actually stick? Nothing changes. This problem is very annoying! eBay please fix this asap!
