Listing Completely Invisible in CCG Category

Hello all,

I'm having issues with a listing not appearing in any search, including when I search my own store or look through my store categories.

The listing is: https://www.ebay.com/itm/115434132987

I've tried taking it down and relisting via sell similar. I've also taken it down and remade the entire listing via List New Item. Nothing. The listing is receiving zero views as an auction or BIN, while my other similar listings are seen fine. What I'm most concerned about is when I search the title in my active listings, or in my store, it doesn't show up.

My theory was that eBay has shadow banned the word "Dissident," which appears in the front-facing card name. When I relisted, I removed all mention of that word in the title, description, and item specifics. Still no change.

Can someone please do me a favor and 1.) let me know if the listing is showing up for them and 2.) tell me if there's something wrong with the listing for it to be hidden.

If for some reason the link doesn't work, the listing title is: Kess MYTHIC Modern Horizons Wizard Commander Deck NM MAGIC Cards EDH MTG Custom

I also wondered if the word "Kess" is part of the Vero list, but I couldn't find it.

Thank you to anyone who helps!

@mtg_dom

How long has the listing been up?

Using stock photos on used items might cause some problems.

Have a great day.

It's been up for about 5 hours. It was up for 24 hours previously before I took it down. Stock photos have never been an issue. You can look through my sold listings and see that neither buyers, nor eBay, has had a problem with it.

Every other listing? whos-yours?

Most use an Actual Picture of the item

Those that don't will eventually get caught up and removed or highly disappoint a customer causing a return as many don't 'read' and buy by photo; especially if the item is well known.

Yeah, my items. My customers seem to love my items. I have 10k items sold with 100% positive feedback. I've been doing this for 2 years, so you're projecting some weird anger onto me. I've sold well over 100 of these custom commander decks in the past few months with no complaints.

Idk if ebay has a problem with the images in my listings or not, but it doesn't appear to be the case. Sellers don't appear to either, so I'm not sure why eBay would step in to make my listing images look worse.

Each revision sends the listing back to the end of the indexing line. So if it has only been 24 hours since you launched it, and then you revised it a couple of times, that delays its appearance further.

Now that I've listed it on here, the item has 19 views and one watcher. However, it still isn't appearing in any search, including my active listings and store.

I am aware of this. I took down the listing and complete remade it. It should be showing up in searches as a "newly listed" item, but isn't. Not to mention, again, that it's completely invisible in my own store searches while every other listing (all 1,000 of them) shows up. Thanks, though.

Here's what I mean. I can type in any aspect of the title and it will not even show up in my internal searches. Maybe someone from eBay can hop in and tell me?

It can take up to 24 hours for a new listing to be indexed once it is launched. Then, the revisions you made sent it back, leaving the possibility of another 24 hours. It likely won't take that long, but eBay does not guarantee the exact length of the listing duration because of these possible delays. See link below to the User Agreement discussing these terms.

  • "Your listing may not be immediately searchable by keyword or category for several hours (or up to 24 hours in some circumstances). eBay can't guarantee exact listing duration,.."

If after 24 hours it does not show up; end item: use sell similar to relist: not relist.
