Hello all,

I'm having issues with a listing not appearing in any search, including when I search my own store or look through my store categories.

I've tried taking it down and relisting via sell similar. I've also taken it down and remade the entire listing via List New Item. Nothing. The listing is receiving zero views as an auction or BIN, while my other similar listings are seen fine. What I'm most concerned about is when I search the title in my active listings, or in my store, it doesn't show up.

My theory was that eBay has shadow banned the word "Dissident," which appears in the front-facing card name. When I relisted, I removed all mention of that word in the title, description, and item specifics. Still no change.

Can someone please do me a favor and 1.) let me know if the listing is showing up for them and 2.) tell me if there's something wrong with the listing for it to be hidden.

I also wondered if the word "Kess" is part of the Vero list, but I couldn't find it.

Check the category eBay has put the listing in and I would guess its not the one you want or the correct one for the item. 15% of our inventory, we have 4100 listings, are currently this way. Have to relist them in the wrong category so Buyers can search the item.

Thanks, but that does not appear to be the problem either. I have searched the entire store multiple times, using every keyword imaginable, including simply pasting the title in. Nothing. Completely invisible to the buyers and I.

Okay, this will probably be the last screenshot I share, but I think it's important. I took down the listing and remade it into a new listing. This time, I changed the front-facing card from "Kess, Dissident Mage" to "Cecily, Haunted Mage." I swapped out the front-facing card in the deck itself.

Anyways, within about 5-10 minutes, the listing appeared in all my store searches. This leads me to believe that "Kess, Dissident Mage" contains some sort of banned language.

I just checked it and it came right up for me. It says it's sold.

If you clicked on the original link I shared, it probably says "Ended" and not "Sold." That's because I took it down to relist it with the new front-facing card.

From the beginning, it appears the Kess listing was able to be shared via link, but it was completely invisible in all searches, including when I searched my own store/inventory.
