Listed as single fixed price item. Want to change to include variations.

I listed an item with a fixed price.  I'd like to edit the item to include variations.  When I go to revise, I don't see the "Variations" field above the "Condition" field like I do when I create a new listing.  Am I able to add variations to an existing item when the option wasn't initially included or do I have to end the current listing and create a new one?

@kami-mik   u can't change a non variation listing to a variation listing, u will have to create a new listing>
