If you made a sale listing, there is nothing showing and I have no idea what went wrong.

Sri Lanka....are you try to post something for sale or what?

Have you linked your bank account to Payoneer?

Have you registered your account with your country of Sri Lanka as a business?

Did you apply and obtain a business license to sell on Ebay?  Very important. 

Did Ebay send you an email saying that you are approved?

If not, this is what you need to do.

 You cannot just decide you want to sell something and then try to sell it.

There are requirements and protocols for all sellers. 

If you have tried listing before all the above has been completed you're jeopardizing your account, so don't try again until you find out the problem.
