Leaving feedbck

I used to be able to leave feedback for buyers quickly. Now, it goes right back up to the top of the list, and you have to scroll down through many items to see where I left off. This is a pain in the neck and very time consuming. Am I missing something?

If I want to leave multiple feedbacks I click on the Leave Feedback link at the bottom of my feedback page, then you can go down each one without it keep going back to the top each time. I heard there is a way to automate feedbacks but I've never done it. It will leave feedback as soon as your buyer pays. Maybe someone on the board has done it and can explain how.

I found that if I use the left back arrow it takes me to where I left off, way faster than 'leave more FB'.

How is that faster. You have to click on each listing to leave feedback. On the leave feedback page, its lists all your sales one by one and you just click on positive, put in your message then move on to the next one. No left arrow, wait to load, click, wait, leave feedback, rinse and repeat. To each there own.

Go to Site Map, Feedback

Click on :Leave Feedback for a Member or Transaction

All of the FB you need to leave are all lined up - you can do one after the other.  

If you pay for Selling Manager Pro - you can automate FB left, once FB is received, etc.  

How to set up automatic feedback on Selling Manager Pro

To set up Selling Manager Pro to leave automatic feedback, you must first change the related preferences.

Here’s how:

1. In the Automation Preferences view of Selling Manager Pro, scroll down to the feedback section.
2. Choose an option for when you want feedback to be left for buyers:
   • Buyer has paid for this item: automatically leaves feedback when you mark a payment as received.
   • Buyer has paid for this item and left me positive feedback: automatically leaves feedback when you mark a payment as received and the buyer left you positive feedback.
3. Select Apply.

From then on, Selling Manager Pro automatically generates positive feedback for the buyer using a randomly selected stored comment.
