Leave Feedback for a member transaction not working again!

This has been happening on again and off again about every 2 months.

How do I leave feedback for my customers and bring my seller rating up if nothing ever works?

took Ebay 16 days to resolve the false data it was advertising on another thread I posted.

Google search engine advertising old data, fasle search titles causing poor ratings(LOOK)  

customers left me low ratings due to the issue Ebay finally fixed.

Now Im dealing with trying to leave feedback for my customers.

it feels like Ebay is working against me to be successful  on this site 😞

It's not a problem.

Feedback is-- and always has been-- voluntary. And you have 60 days after the transaction to leave it.

I use it for two purposes. To tell my customers their things have shipped, since I don't usually track them and to encourage them to leave FB themselves.

It has NO EFFECT on your selling account.

I  go to site map.

You can also access your FB by clicking on your FB number.

Then scroll down to Leave Feedback and click.

That takes you to the Leave FB page.

It may be quicker for you.

Intermittent gliches are a feature of eBay's ancient programming. It's been around since 1995 after all, and is probably more patches than Dolly Parton's coat by now.

It is also possible, since this has not been reported by any others that I have noticed, that your computer just needs a reast.

Turn it off, go for a nice walk and come back when both the machine and you are refreshed.

Some solutions that might work until the glitch clears.

Clear cookies.

OR

Try a different browser to leave feedback.

OR

Try a different site, like ebay UK or Canada to leave feedback.

The site feedback site seems to be working ok for me.

If you use seller Hub, you might try going to order/paid and shipped page and leaving it there.....it's a different feedback page with stored feedback options.
