No responce from eBay after numerous messages about a problem

I assume you are inquiring about the statement below found in your feedback left for others. 

"I’ve been trying to get response . The buyer was charged $82 shipping but picked the item up. I reimbursed him, I want a refund. This is the 6th time I’ve requested this. Please call me. 4403207958 By the way, where in the world did you hide the feedback site? I’ve been buying and selling on eBay for 22 years and the set up is the worst I’ve seen. Way too confusing."

If it is, you can void the shipping label for a refund. 

Here's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:

1. Go to Manage shipping labels.
2. Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
3. Choose your reason for canceling the label.
4. Select Send request..

If you bought a shipping label for the order, no need to contact Ebay, just void the shipping label.

It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.

Canceling a shipping label

How long you have to cancel a shipping label depends on the shipping service you used.

• USPS: You have 28 days to cancel a USPS shipping label that you printed on eBay, and it can take up to 21 days for USPS to approve or reject the refund.
• UPS: You have 28 days to cancel the label on eBay for a refund
• FedEx: You have 28 days, to cancel the label on eBay for a refund

If you miss the required timeframe, you will not be refunded.
