I am new and the last time I printed a label the first didn’t work right printed again ok I just printed a label and it printed 2 . I only need one how to not get charged for this

@sallyabry First make certain there are two separate tracking numbers to confirm these are two separately charged labels. Then decide which one you won't use and go back to the label and select cancel this label. It is all done from the same page. It usually takes up to 3 weeks but as long as that label was canceled you will receive a credit back. Best of luck to you....

Go to orders under selling, make sure you cancel the label YOU DIDN'T SHIP.

In addition, you have to request your refund for the LABEL you didn't use.

Identified by the tracking #. Don't cancel the one you shipped, double check tracking #

Like other seller states, it may take some time, but you will get refunded. I've had to do it a couple times recently.

I never print my labels directly to the printer.  I always "print to pdf".  That way if something goes wrong with my printer, I can always go back to the file and reprint it without having to worry about purchasing another label or cancelling it.

Check your printer settings.  Maybe the last time you printed anything you wanted 2 and that became the default.
