Did ebay change their format?  I cannot list items as of today 13Th.  Suggestions?

There have been some changes to Feedback and Shipping pages format. Not aware of any other. Are you referring to the Quick Listing tool or the Advanced Listing tool? What format are you speaking of?

I am unable to finalize the listing.  It says I don't have a picture, yet I do.  It says I don't have a price listed,  but I do.  This has never happened before and it is frustrating.

Clear your cookies.  This could be a browser issue.  Just to make sure after you clear you cookies.  Shut down and then restart.  See if this helps.
