Just started selling, am I using the wrong funding or option to pay for shipping labels?

I just sold a video game manual.

The buyer paid $13.14 total

Price breakdown for the buyer:

$8.00 for manual

$4.02 for Shipping

$1.12 sales tax

After all the fees and the shipping label, I walk away with $5.86. I'm okay with it.

I started selling this week, and I just now realized that all the shipping labels that I bought using my PayPal account, are my own money, LOL

For this item, I charge $4.02 for shipping and I was hoping I didn't have to use my own PayPal money to buy the shipping label. 

There is a simple setting I can make so that I don't have to spend my own PayPal money..correct?

Yes, very easy. When you purchase your label, at the bottom of the page there is the option of paying for the label with "Your Funds" vs. Paypal.
