Me too.  I was going to use up the rest of my 50 free tonight, but now I can't.  I am not going to be charged .30 cents for each of my listings.   ARRRG!

Considering that I think clicking 'activate' would probably sign you up for a store, I'm thinking it's more of an 'intentional' glitch.

Mine all say "Active", so I'm assuming that all those Stores have already been activated, as if by magic.

Thanks for posting this topic. I just scheduled a few listings and could not figure out why I am being charged .30 fee per listing when I have over 30 free left.

My search led me here, and sure enough all the store subscriptions show active. I never signed up either. big glitch...

I can just imagine whats going to happen when all the other "spring updates" get input.

Just got off the phone with ebay- they cannot turn off those "store" promos.   All the info they have is they are "working on it"  and "soon". 

She did assure me any charges would be credited- however my time has some value too and why should I have to keep track of each listing and bogus fee associated with it just because I was careful in using my allocation

then the kicker- 

IF you are also charged the STORE fee that should be credited too.  

WHAT????   So it is possible I will get charged for 4 stores I dont have in addition to the .30 for each relist?    

I tried not to be wild because this might be the first time I felt sorry for a CS phone rep.   She said its happening to everybody.   Felt sorry for her but that does not erase the fact I'm really pizzed right now.  

I wasn't planning on staying up till midnight to see if maybe they fix it in time to use my listings.

I can see sellers getting charged for having all these stores. And don't say it can't happen.  I remember the Paypal debacle.......where ebay had mixed up sellers Paypal accounts and buyers were paying into another sellers account.

I listed my last 5 freebies for the month through Auctiva and had no trouble. Only had problem with them charging when I tried to re-list from ebay site itself.

10000 vs 50 listings was almost hypnotic...you want to buy a store ....yopu want to buy a store... uh, no thanks

All are in my eBay account, and they all show  "Active". 

These aren't just being offered, they are live.
