Just me, or haves sales tanked last few days?

Sales have been tanking for months now! Ever since the COVID-19 issues, sales have dropped. But, that isn't true for all sellers. I know several here that are still doing well and haven't seen a decline, I even know a few that sales are up. 

Each of us are different. I have heard more sellers sales are decreasing though. You have to keep at it and be creative with your descriptions. 

I am also hearing there are a lot of new buyers taking advantage of the item not described report and are getting over on sellers here. There is also an increase of scammers.

I have had 14 more sales so far this month than my usual total. No clue why that is but thankful. I sell nothing essential. Mostly collectibles & OOAK's.  Good luck to you! Hope it gets better for all of us.

I am a low volume seller, selling items that are "wants" and not "needs", but my sales have increased the past couple of months, so I am happy.

I think with all the people sheltering at home, with not a lot to do, they are surfing the internet and buying stuff!

I wish I could spend my time listing items, but since the theme parks where I purchase my inventory is closed due to the pandemic, I can't make any purchases.  It will be interesting to see how these theme parks will be getting back to business slowly.

I actually had a great week - though it did not begin that way. But then picked up during the second half of the week, pretty well.

My sales have picked up over the past month.  I am taking my time off to give new life to the hundreds of listings ebay stole after 90 days of being unsold.  It is time consuming shooting the photos over again and looking up the specifics, yet we are in hunker down mode and can only golf in the front yard so much.

I'm up 134% and I think people so board they sit at the computer and buy anything for something to do. Love it!

Not just you, but certainly not everyone either. 

My sales are running about double of last year.

Where are you hearing this?

My ebay sales are UP. Ebay is a sideline for me. I'm having a hard time keeping up.

My (essential) full time job is crazy busy too. Why is it that when everone is supposed to be AT HOME, every essential store is busier than dever?  Does that make any sense?

Not sure what you're selling, but for me (sports cards) they've definitely tanked. The whole month of April was a bust for me.

My sales had tanked for awhile. I have 2 premium stores. One store has been very consistent sales. The other one has sporadic sales. But up until stimulus checks went out it was IMO pretty slow for both stores. I just try to list, list, list, and tweak existing listings. Sometimes when I am laying in bed I take 20 listings and analyze them to see if there is anything I could add...maybe choose a better category..etc. I will say that the more consistent I am with listing the more consistent my sales are. On days that I work at my optician job I try to get a few drafts prepared or at least photos edited so when I get home I can quickly get a few new items up.

Me too.  2020 so far has been good for me here and on other sites I sell on.  April was quite strong for me.  I would guess sales will slow more as the economy continues to slow, but for now I'm doing fine for sales.  No complaints here.
