And eBay literally notifies me I'm about to lose it next month 🤣🤣🤷

Yes, this is information contained on the Seller Dashboard all the time. Because Ebay allows you do see this information, you then have a chance to go and review the DETAILS on your Seller Dashboard to see if you can improve those numbers BEFORE the end of the month. If you can, January 20th's eval may go better for you.
Look at your details and see where your problems are so you can work towards resolving these issues from happening. If you want to share what you see, we may be able to give you some advice that may help.

Ouch, just like a video game, you work hard to achieve the bonus item & then lose it on the very next turn.

Thanks for posting this. I forgot they update on the 20th. I got mine back too. Learned a valuable lesson to check for duplicate listings and do stock counts regularly. For the longest time I didn't know about the Metrics and what they do to your rating. I guess I've just been lucky. It wasn't until I made a couple mistakes that I found out the hard way. I guess it keeps us on our toes to always do better, even if they are honest mistakes. Just what @mam98031 said is and was the key.

You are more than likely getting some kind of defect and not making enough sales to boost your percentage up in the month review. Are you having issues with shipping items out on time or lack of tracking number? Are you getting returns and having Ebay step in without trying to resolve the issue? I see you sell cards. Do you track those or just shipping them off in a stamped envelop/card? That's more than likely your problem. Sell stuff which you can track the package. If you have a bunch of cheap cards sell in a bulk lot.

That happens when the standards to achieve TRS are not met. Without standards to achieve this designation, there would be no purpose for it.

I'm very glad things worked out for you @wirkaholic and congratulations on getting your status upgraded.
Honest mistakes happen to all of us from time to time. It is how we react to them and what to do to resolve them that really shows the true intentions of a person / seller.
If everyone was TRS, then the program would have no meaning. So there has to be standards in which to achieve it. Again Congratulations for getting your status back!

Are you having trouble meeting the minimum selling requirements?

I'm afraid to imagine all the Canadian sellers who are going to lose their TSR's next review period because of the recent Canada Post strike. Many sellers on this side of the border have no other options other than CP so had no choice but to close down their listings. I was shut down for just over 30 days so should being that awesome little warning message shortly. Unfortunately due to no fault of our own.
Be grateful the US's last mail strike was 1971 and was not all States.

There is no reason, or at least no good reason for this to happen IF the issue is the Canadian Post.

A seller that feels they are still getting Defects due to the Postal strike, they need to contact Ebay and explain the Defects they are still seeing on their Dashboard.

The problem is staying consistent for having the 100 transactions and $1000 in sales. I used to routinely do 35 to 45 sales per month combined between Canada/USA/Intl. Since all the changes they have made in the past 3 years a good month is 15 to 20 sales for me. And yes I do promote. Having to shut down during the busiest times of year was not super helpful.

As a side 5 years ago I had TSR's for all regions. From a Canadian sellers perspective we are missing a number of the features US sellers have had for years like offering coupons as an example. We also have a very limited number of discounted shipping options we have access to.

What has that got to do with getting Defects because of the Postal strike?
Your ability to meet the minimum standards to be TRS is a completely separate issue and so are your shipping options.
I simply addressed your statement that the postal strike might cause some Canadian sellers issues in their Selling Status.
Monthly evaluations by Ebay happen on every 20th of the Month for the period ending the PREVIOUS month. So if a seller notices they had some Defects due to the Postal Strike on the Dashboard as of November 30th, then they had 19 days to get them off their Dashboard.

My main point was losing TSR benefits for being shut down for a month. Those are 30 days you can't get back.
To be a Top Rated Seller, you must have at least 100 transactions and US $1,000.00 in sales during the past 12 months.
As for sellers that ship using letter mail/non tracked parcels (low value items) there are no back services in Canada. Anything that was sent that way around the time of the strike had no protection according to eBay. Only items sent tracked. Sellers were forced to refund in advance (unless customer was understanding...not all are) anything hung up because of the strike. Those items will eventually arrive...Just extremely late. (Yes you can "try" to dispute on anything shipped tracked if/when you get those dings but depending on the agent, it can be a very trying process to get them undone.)

Your first sentence on your other post read "I'm afraid to imagine all the Canadian sellers who are going to lose their TSR's next review period because of the recent Canada Post strike." My post addressed that statement.
You likely made a good decision for yourself to take a short VACA while the strike was active. I understand the requirements for TRS. You will likely get the status back in a short period of time once you start selling again. The loss of TRS is not going to tank your sales. You will be fine.
You are correct, Ebay can only protect those using shipping with tracking. They really have no choice in that because without tracking Ebay can't defend the seller. This would be nothing new in situations like this.
If you have trouble with a CSR you contacted helping you with your issues, then simply try a different method of contacting Ebay. Sadly the CSRs are not always right. Get a second opinion. I would suggest on Facebook.
On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

I'm right on the cusp of the 1k sales, so it dips and then goes over, back and forth....it's just annoying as all getout that it's a requirement, because dipping under locks you out of it for at least 2 months. I'd be fine with an "either/or" sales or $ amount, but what can ya do.
