Just Curious

Does anyone do well on here without a store subscription? It's about time for my renewal and with everything going on I'm contemplating doing away with mine

Re: Just Curious

I don't see any reason why you would want to get rid of it with around 100 active listings. If anything double check to see if there is a tier that fits your needs better. If you maintain around 100 listings a month that is worth $20 of your store subscription fee. That doesn't account for any final value fee savings you see.

Re: Just Curious

A store subscription has nothing to do with doing better or worse. The benefit of a store subscription is listing at a discount and a few other perks. Doing better or worse only has to do with what you sell, the demand, the competition, and the price.

I do fine.

"There are many reasons why users would choose to have more than one eBay account. For example, users who like to buy and sell may want separate accounts for each activity. Other users who maintain businesses on eBay may prefer to manage separate accounts for different product lines."

Re: Just Curious

You need to decide on how many listings you want to run on a regular basis.  The answer to that may help you determine what level store you need if one at all.  You may want to drop to a Starter Store as you can always upgrade at a later date when the need arises.

Re: Just Curious

You know, I've considered that too because a lot of my items are seasonal anyways that just sit there until the right season. I believe that's a very good idea, thanks, Barbara

Re: Just Curious

I have done both and to me the store resulted in better results. The reason being is that I was able to get more than enough free initial listings to list stock I have just laying around on top of my seasonal and fast moving items.

The store allowed those items to be listed instead of in storage or on a shelf. You never know here when you think you have a slow movers, it can take off any day. My subscription level I have allows me to keep those listed, while still listing my fast movers.

Your store looks great and it would be shame to cancel it. I am sure buyers here have it tagged. Don't give up sales will get better.

My only thought would be to may be lower the subscription level.

Re: Just Curious

No store subscription here. I'm totally satisfied with my exposure in the venue and the resulting sales..

Re: Just Curious

I have never had a store and I do well.  I average 50 to 90 listings when selling.  Not right now though.  Ebay usually gives top rated sellers free listing monthly promotions that I always use.

Barb,

YW! I hope I swayed you to keep your store, it looks so good! Would be a shame to see it closed!

Hang tight, things will get better! Wishing you tons of sales!
