Jordan 1s did not pass authentication?

I sold a pair of retro patent bred Jordan 1s on eBay recently. They are very real as I bought them directly from the retailer. Why could these have been denied? I’m really confused. My listing was very specific and included a lot

of photos of the product.

Depends on the retailer. Some take returns and get 'fakes' returned to them.

They’re definitely not fake. I wasn’t asking if they were fake or not, I know they’re real, real logos and everything. Did I do my description wrong? Do I need to put more information in the listing?

What did the text of the message say? Sometimes they're rejected because the authenticators believe the actual condition differs from how they were described.

Did the authenticator say they were not authentic? Or that they didnt match the description?

How can you say they are "definitely not fake," unless you are qualified to authenticate Nikes?  Buying the shoes at a retail outlet is not a guarantee of authenticity because, as Stainlessteel said, genuine shoes are bought and fake ones are returned for cash refunds.

Anyhow, it is more than likely that the shoes failed not on the basis of authenticity, but on the basis of not matching the description in the listing in every little detail -- frustrating as that can be to both the seller and the buyer.

Really? Real logos and everything?? You mean all those companies in 3rd world countries that do NOTHING but make fakes, including logos, serial numbers, stitching patterns etc. are just NOT doing it right??
