Jacket smells like cigarette smoke

What can a seller do if they sold a brand new jacket with all tags and packaging, and buyer does not like the way it feels and after two days that want a refund and seller gets jacket back minus tags and reeks of cigarette smoke?

Are you the buyer or the seller? The buyer can be reported, lose their MBG privileges if they have a history of abuse like this, and in many cases a seller can withhold 50% of the refund plus original ship costs. Without seeing the listing it's hard to give an answer and I don't see a jacket on your sold list.

The listings under this ID show 'No Returns'. Assuming that is how the jacket sold, you don't have the ability to reduce the amount of the refund. (Offering 'Free returns' would allow it, or if you were a TRS with 30-day Returns, it'd be allowed.) I don't see any way around a full refund. Sorry to have to tell you that.

Block the buyer, and report them. As mentioned above, that protect all sellers the most down the road. We empathize.
