Items showing ZERO Views

more than a week count of my items views shows ZERO is any one of saler have same problem ?

 anyone knows the solution ?

the other day my item had over 4000 views......

then back to 12.

What I want to know is if the issue is that eBay is having trouble counting views. As in they can't even tell the difference for placement between an item with 200 views and 1 with 1?

Hi @nickfamstore, we are working on these issues currently and will get a solution in place as soon as possible. I want to clarify that the view/watcher count this is a display issue and this is not affecting the data used to calculate your impressions. I have also been having problems with my listings not showing views. Right now my entire store of listings have a dash in the views section. I am hoping it gets fixed.

Mine also had a dash in the views, but on several I had watchers.  So I figured it must be some kind of glitch.

I have had this problem now for two weeks and phoned eBay....they are aware but still not fixed. We should get credit for sales! Fees pay for technical support which seems non-existent.
