Items not showing in Store

Wondering if someone could explain why almost 200 of my item listings are not showing in my "see other items" and seller Store on tthe Ebay App. When I go to a listing and click see other listings it shows 563 kistings and I have 748 listed. This has been happening for a while now.  In the store it will say the correct number of 748 but if I click filter it shows 563 items.

Do you have some with variations? 

I think that those are not consistently counted the same

I went to one of your listings, clicked on "See other items," and it showed me 746 results. Also 746 when I clicked on "Visit store". I'm using a laptop, so my guess is that this is one of the many glitches related to the app.

No variations at all.

But when you go to filter those does it show only 563 at the bottom. I went tru and counted EACH one and it showed 563 items. took forever

If you have fixed priced items that end today it takes the system time to update the indexing so you will see less items than you actually have until the indexing items is completed. Right now, I see 746 items in both your store and Items by seller.

what happens if you click filter ? does the number at the bottom in blue still say 746? also Im talking about the mobile app not desktop. thank you

I don't use the mobile app..it's too small for my older than dirt eyes to see.

Relax ... all of your items are showing.. what you see is not necessarily what others see. 

Plus the app I hear is glitchy. Best to use a desk top or lap top if you are running a business IMHO.

@selsa84 Just for fun I looked at your store with my ipad when you click FILTER then New Listings then 746 listings pop up
