Items not automatically relisting

So as of late my eBay does not auto relist anything and I can’t figure out how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Your fixed price GTC listings should auto relist at the end of 30 days.

For your auction items, at the bottom of the listing form when you create the listing is a check box to relist.  At one time, it was up to X number of times.  I don't know what it is now as I do not list in auction format.

Thanks! But I do a lot of the listing on my mobile app. Also, it appears that the auto relist is not working for any of my auctions...buy it now ones are good...just auctions

Hi, using the mobile app listing tool under Selling is “Pricing> Duration” it says that eBay will relist up to 8 times if the item doesn't sell. It is the default setting. Since yours are not relisting, check your automation rules to see if you inadvertently turned the relist feature off. To check it:

“You can remove automatic relisting from auction-style listings in Seller Hub. Here's how:

1. Find the Active - opens in new window or tab listing.
2. Check the box beside the listing.
3. From Actions, select Remove Automation rules.
4. Select Remove rule.”*

If you use the Advanced listing tool, there is a box to tick to relist up to 8 times. (I like the Advanced form because it has more options and better control over features.)

That surprises me .. ebay makes more money on those. If the box is checked, I'm shocked it's not always checked on these.

eBay no longer has the free auto-relist feature. It is permanently shut off. You can still Auto-relist, but you will pay 35¢ every time you do it. No more 8 free auto-relists. That means your business model is shot. eBay beat around the bush for 5 long phone calls before they admitted the feature is discontinued. They have the most deadbeat corporate culture of any American company. They refuse to send a message out telling sellers the feature is gone

One and 3 day auctions must always be manually relisted.

Since there is a $1 extra charge for those durations, I would think sellers would be upset if they did NOT want those auctions auto-relisted.
