I frequently sell items that have more than one tracking number due to size and complexity of the item. Like a plow where the blade, mount and hardware all have a separate tracking numbers.
There is a couple issues that have cropped up in the last year. One bib one recently.
#1 Global Shipping Program. I recently had an issue where GSP held half of a customers stuff because they thought the second tracking number was a "replacement shippement."
Talking to multiple people at Ebay in message and phone and nobody could explain how this happened and a clear path to fix it or how I could avoid this in the future.
The customers order is still being held at GSP and only god knows if there will be a resolution.
I don't see a way to enter multiple tracking numbers in one item. Unless I am missing something.
Other than giving up on the global shipping program, how can I fix this in the future?
