Doing a simple search for my items in Edge browser brings up only results from other sellers, not mine. If I do the same search in Chrome browser or the Ebay mobile app, my items do appear. What's going on here?

I did a fresh search on the default "Internet" browser on Samsung, a browser that I've never used before. Typing the item number into Ebay.com resulted in 7 listings. Changing the sort order from Best Match to Newly Listed increased that number to 12 listings. Apparently, this is a feature of Ebay and not a glitch.

Possibly there is some difference in the search you are running in each browser. Are you using the exact same search URL in both browsers? Same keywords, category, filter options and sort order? Changing any of those can affect the results you see.
If you save a search, you should be able to run that same search in the app, though there may be a few specific rare search features that do not operate the same way in the app as in a browser.
Other things that can affect the results you see include things like setting your location to calculate shipping estimates. Make sure you are using the correct country and postal code in each browser. If you inadvertently change your location, you may not be able to see items that do not have a shipping method specified to that location.
In some rare cases, an ad blocker can prevent some listings from appearing in a search; if nothing else helps, try temporarily disabling your ad blocker to see if affects the results you see. Clearing your browser cache and manually erasing just your eBay cookies may also help in some situations.
If you are willing to share your search URL, others can verify how many results that they see that ship to their locations.

Have you cleared the history and cookies in all the browsers? Are you logged on in exactly the same way on all browsers?
I would lean toward it being a browser configuration issue.

I simply typed the item number into the search box on the Ebay site. No urls, filters, or anything. I even tried using an InPrivate window on Edge, where cookies are not used and I am not logged in to Ebay. I don't have any ad blockers.
As an example, entering the item number 2W93-60806-AC into the search box on Edge brings 10 results. Typing that exact same item number into Chrome or the Ebay app brings 12 results.

Different browsers can have different locations saved, and different sort orders set as the default.
I get 12 results that ship to my location for the following search:
https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=2W93-60806-AC&_sacat=0&_sop=10
Try clearing your browser cache in Edge, and manually delete your eBay cookies to see if that has any effect on the number of results you see in that search.

After studying the difference between your link and mine, I noticed that you have selected Sort by Newly Listed and I have Sort by Best Match. Best match is the default value, which means that buyers have to change the sort order to see my listings if they are using Edge browser.

I see your listing when searching and sorting using Best Match in Edge, so the problem is likely with your particular browser install or your browser settings or your browser history, not eBay or Edge in general.

When I paste your link into Chrome, the sort order changes from Best Match to Newly Listed.

Why not do the obvious? Use Chrome.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not sure how to convey that to potential buyers though.

When I paste your link into Chrome, the sort order changes from Best Match to Newly Listed.
That is because the link specifies a "Newly listed" sort. That is the &_sop=10 portion of the URL. Without that specification, the sort order is whatever the default is currently set at.
You are apparently assuming that your buyers using Chrome are not seeing your listing in a default search. But you only have evidence that you cannot see that listing when you search.
I see the listing when I search, regardless of the sort order or browser I use.
Your buyers do not have to do anything special to see your listing, but you might.

You specified that on your end before you copied the link. The default sort order in Ebay is always Best Match.

If you're seeing the same number of listings regardless of which sort order you use, then your experience is different than what many other people are seeing, including myself.

The default sort order in Ebay is always Best Match.
The default sort order is user selectable in the Search Customize menu. Many users do not bother to change it, but some do.

While sort order can affect the number of items that appear in a given search, for the search I linked above, changing the sort order does not change the number of results I see.
Typically the differences in sorts only start to appear when the number of search results is above a threshold of fifty results or so. Below that number, the results are much more consistent.

I appreciate you sharing your experience and in inadvertently exposing the root of the issue. You can take that as a win. The only thing that will help at this point is for Ebay to change their programming.
