Item sold twice in same week. What do I do

Item listed by eBay twice and now second seller wanting product which I have already sold what do I do

You sold a set of 2 plates, and a set of 4 plates. They are not the same item, you made two separate listings.

If you listed something in error you will have to cancel as "out of stock" and take a defect on your account.

eBay didn't list the item twice.  It looks like you listed the same plates twice; the listing for 2 plates says 2 plates in the title but 4 plates in the description.  I don't know if you were trying to correct an error and instead of correcting it, you listed it again, but whatever you did, you ended up with two listings. 

As @sin-n-dex said, you will need to cancel the one order as out of stock.  And as a nice thing to do, send a message to the buyer who won't get the plates and apologize profusely to her, telling her that you messed up and accidentally listed them twice and that since they already sold, you are so sorry but you will be unable to ship to her.  And then apologize again.  Buyers, understandably, do not like it when their orders get cancelled, so making nice with her will go a long way.

It looks like you just listed a couple decanters that are already listed.  They appear to be duplicates because one has a chip on the stopper.  It's doubtful you have two identical ones with the same chip.  Prices are different, though.

Mistakes happen, believe me, but you need to take ownership and figure out who gets refunded and who gets the item - usually the first to buy it gets it.  

Its an unpleasant thing for the seller and very frustrating for the buyer.
