If the package is lost on the way or return and then we refund to buyer is my ebay store effected with items not received

It depends what the 'buyer' does.

If buyer does nothing...no

'return' to you...why? 

'refund' ...was it asked by the buyer?

Since you are located in Pakistan, it could be considered a BBE, Bad buyer experience.  It appears you have several feedbacks concerning non receipt.  One too many of those defects and eBay can restrict your account.  You sell some beautiful crystals and stones, but note that some countries may have customs restrictions and that could be part of the problem as well.  I would do some research.   Are you adding tracking numbers for your customers? 

 

All I can state is to keep a closer eye on your items going out, especially to other countries and stay communicative with your customers.

Because you're located overseas and selling on the .com site @minerals-clif , your account must follow the policies on the eBay Export website. Here's the INR (item not received) policy and the BBE (bad buyer experience) policy and seller standards:

But all of my items delivered and ebay closed the case is my favoure only 2 case closed buyer favour and now all the packages delivered
