Item was delivered. I clicked tracking provided. You only get the choice to click the button because once the item is delivered you cant add a number. After that it put me back to the page where I can make my choices. I even got this message from the buyer. Do I need to do anything else?
Thanks
Chris

Perhaps it is just me but I'm confused. The buyer sent you that message? Is it supposed to be a copy of a message that eBay sent them? It sounds a bit bogus since eBay doesn't generally contact the carrier and get as involved as implied in that message.
I wouldn't think that you need to do anything else.

Does anyone know the timeframe for Ebay to close an INR where the tracking shows as delivered and you responded to the claim as the OP did (where the area to enter tracking is grayed out and you just click the tracking uploaded button)?
I had my 1st INR on 6/30, tracking showed delivery 6/16, and I responded to Ebay's request the same day and it is still showing as an open dispute. Shipping was USPS and label was purchased through Ebay.
Do I just wait it out and it eventually closes? Any clarification on the process is appreciated.
Thank you,
Mikki

I thought it was a matter of days. Certainly shouldn't have taken over a month. You can ignore it and it shouldn't hurt you, but you can also contact them and ask them to close it. I probably would because I don't like anything open that I shouldn't have to deal with anymore.
