Item delivered via SpeedX, Ebay site not updating and money still on hold

I sent an item within US via SpeedX, on the website it shows delivered and the customer confirms he has gotten the package over 2 weeks ago, but its not updating on the ebay website... The main issue here is that i'm new to ebay, hence my funds are still on hold awaiting delivery of the item... Please is there any way i can contact ebay to rectify this issue, as the payment is still on hold by ebay

When you're new payments are held 30  days.

You shouldn't be asking the buyer if they received the package. They have nothing to do with your hold.

No, nothing you can do but wait to see if it updates.

Dropshipping from China, you can expect a lot of problems and returns.

Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.
