Just receive the package in broken box, an alienware 15 r3, ding on the side and crack on the back corner of air flow, the item was wraped only with paper,

Any suggestion what to do next?

Is this a $2,000.00 laptop computer?

Wrapped only in paper when sent to you?

I would advise taking pictures of the unit right now.  Shoot all the damage, plus photograph the shipping package with label. Then a close up of the label. Note the carrier, service class, dimensions of the outer package and shipping weight (if shown).  Store away all the photos and information. Do not throw away the shipping package. 

The contact the seller through ebay and report the item was received damaged.  Keep all correspondence within the ebay message system.

I bought it in auction,

$940 with lower spec, 2017 release year,

I've inform the seller, and he said he's gona claim file from USPS, but it's already 2 days and no more reply from the seller,

I can't do return item, because I live on a ship and I'm not an US citizen,

Did you use a forwarding service?

Request a return using the not as described reason.  The seller is required to pay the return shipping so you should receive a return label.
