Item Specifics

Item Specifics need two words to complete. Does the algorithm require a match on both words? If I enter "Green Shoelace" and the searcher enters "Red Shoelace" Is that a match? How does it handle plural words? If I enter 'shoelaces" and a searcher enters "shoelace", is that a mis-match?

Thanks for your help.

Re: Item Specifics

EBAY search engine prefers 2-words "shoe laces".  But I did an EBAY search for "shoes laces" and your "550 shoelace" appeared in the search.

Re: Item Specifics

@hobbystuff99
  I'm not familiar with Item Specifics for things like shoes.  But for car parts, instead of a two word phrase, I tend to think it works better to enter one word.  Then another word separately.
There are quite a few "boxes" where a person can enter hundreds of different part numbers or words separately instead of all at once.

Re: Item Specifics

Based on your results, it appears as if the algorithm will accept as a match, singular or plural words. Thank you.
