Three weeks ago this issue with Item Specifics began. Why this even happened is beyond me. I have made several calls to customer service and I get the same answer that they are working on it. 3 Weeks Really?? Every time That I have to relist an item, I have to add all this ridiculous information. We are in the fourth quarter when things are supposed to pick up and it is just the opposite.
I read the announcement listed in the seller hub from Jordan. This guy is just like Harry Tempkin who says what he thinks we want to hear. The bad thing is that these guys are buddies with Wenig who hired them. Someone has to clean house and bring on people who understand this business. These guys never acknowledge that there are major issues with the platform and bury their heads in the sand and collect a big paycheck. ENOUGH!!

Same here. All the new item description options. Also, when changing an item description so it is blank, then it reappears! Makes listing and relisting take sooo much longer. Have made multiple calls. I don't know what to do anymore.
