Item Location

How do I change my default Item Location for when I create a new listing? eBay is using an address which is three years old and which is not contained anywhere in my account info. Where is the address coming from?

See if this will help.  Make sure the address is correct in all five places.

Edit a listing and go down to the shipping section and look for the preferences box. You can edit item location there @magicinthanight.

With 200+ listings I suggest using the bulk editor.

When you create a new listing, check to see that the location is accurate - if not change it and the new location should default for all new listings.

If you sell similar or relist from an older listing it will pull in whatever location was set for that listing.

I tried that. It didn't make a difference.

I created a new listing. It contained my old address in the Item Location section. I changed the address there to my new address. I then copied the listing and the copied listing had my old address. I don't understand where the address is coming from.

Two ways posted on how two correct the item location by neither worked?  That is unfortunate.   You may have to call eBay to see if they can offer any other suggestions.
